These are the terms and conditions for the “Save $40K Promotion” (Promotion)
which is offered by Dahua Group Sydney Project 1 Pty Ltd ACN 606 390 032 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201-217
Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).
Terms & Conditions
1 The promotion period commences at 9:00AM on 9 June 2020 and will end at 5:00PM on 7
September 2020
(Promotion Period).

The promotion applies to Purchasers who purchase the following vacant lots: Lot 2209, 2211, 2214,
2215,
2216, 2217, 2218, 2219 and 2220 within the development, New Breeze, Bardia (Eligible
Property).

To be eligible to receive the Promotion in full, purchasers must:
a.
within the Promotion Period - commit to purchasing an Eligible Property by paying a
$10,000 holding deposit to the Promotor or its authorised sales agents;
b.within 14 days after the date on which the Promotor or its lawyer issues a
sale
contract for an Eligible Property to the purchaser - execute a sale contract for an
Eligible Property; and
c.within 42 days after the date on which the sale contract is exchanged - settle
the
Contract of Sale for the Eligible Property.(Eligible Purchasers)
4Subject to the terms and conditions, the Promoter will provide a discount of up to $40,000
for the
sale
of the Eligible Property in accordance with the table below:

Discount A above will be provided to Eligible Purchasers by way of a reduction to the Eligible Property’s
listed price in the amount of $30,000, which will be made at the time of issuing the sale contract to

Eligible Purchaser. The sale contract issued to the Eligible Purchaser will reflect the discounted price
for
the Eligible Property. The Promoter reserves its rights not to enter into any sale contracts or withdraw
the
Promotion for contracts which do not satisfy the requirements in clause 3(a) and 3(b) above.
Discount B above will be provided to Eligible Purchasers by way of adjustment at the settlement of the

5The discount(s) available under this Promotion is non‑transferrable, non‑refundable and
